STARGAZER FORECAST MAY 2016

Ace of Pentacles – Inner and outer richness; great success; unification of the body and soul, material and spirit, heaven and earth; wholeness. (Ziegler; “Tarot Mirror of the Soul”)

May stands out easily as one of the better months of the year so far, and having put some major difficulties behind us, there are incredible opportunities now to fortify our foundations and stabilize routines and activities while cultivating resources that can generate wealth and prosperity. Getting there takes some reorientation, as we come into the month under the auspices of Mercury Retrograde, which began in the final days of April. From Taurus, this cycle will see us reconsidering both what we value and what we consider our worth, though this review will manifest more specifically in the area of your chart in which it is occurring. Though Mercury is retrograde though the 23rd, the long range appraisal or conversation that takes place is connected auspiciously to the Jupiter – North Node/Virgo and Pluto/Capricorn trine. Thus we can act with conviction to move towards our future goals.

During the first week, the Sun plays a significant part in this conversation, illuminating the major topics we are contending with. A man or masculine figure could be a prominent feature in events. The Sun and Mercury are conjunct at 19 Taurus on the 9th, and this is where we begin to see our way out of the rabbit hole of the retrograde. A sense of renewal urging us to complete activities or goals we began towards the end of March will likely be stimulated. In hindsight, we will see the errors, and start to make an effort towards correction. Jupiter also turns direct this day, suggesting our fortunes are turning as well. The fact that Mars, Saturn and Pluto are retrograde can actually enhance a very positive atmosphere, they are the malefic planets after all! Open yourself to success and the fulfillment of life through which you can experience the pleasurable totality of your being. The 3rd (Sun – Jupiter) and 7th (Sun – Pluto) are highlighted, and significant growth opportunities emerge at these times.

It seems a great deal of research, negotiation or vetting is taking place this month. From Taurus the conversation is likely about money, compensation and resources, and for many of us this conversation is long overdue. Venus enters the earth triangle in the second week (8th – 14th) connecting with Jupiter on the 10th, then Mercury (RX) and Pluto on the 13th. Venus collaborating is so beneficial, we can apply tact and graciousness to any negotiation taking place. Venus energy also stimulates a wonderfully receptive ambience that opens doors both financially and romantically. It’s possible a creative or artistic project is on the radar. The 9th (Venus sextile Neptune) will speak to this, and is also an ideal moment for developing a charming romantic attachment.

From the 12th – June 1st, Mercury hangs in a tight orb to the grand trine, turning direct on the 22nd. There is incredible optimism, but also uncertainty, it’s best to parlay major decisions until at least the 30th (Mercury trine Pluto). I also really like the 1st and 2nd of June, which sees a rare and extraordinary grand trine from Mercury 17’ Taurus, Pluto 17’ Capricorn and North Node at 17’ Virgo. Technically, the North and South Node are mutually activated, but since Mercury is moving back towards the North Node, we can presume it’s heading in the right direction. Wow, what sparkling opportunities will arise out of this combo!?! We’ll have to wait and see! Of course manifestation requires you have been heading in the North Node direction yourself, and handling the untangling required of you during Mercury retrograde, it’s not just going to fall out of the sky. Many astrologers will suggest waiting until Mercury is out of shadow (June 8th) though honestly June is such a huge spanking mess, it may be best to sign, seal and deliver ASAP!

The Taurus New Moon on the 6th encapsulates all these themes, with a near stellium in Taurus all making contact within the grand trine. The period between the 3rd – 13th is the strongest, and there is an abundance of motivation and pleasurable energy, (though not any urgency, with Mercury and Mars in a sleepy way) and a degree of material progress can indeed be made here.

Taurus
Once planets start moving into Gemini on the 20th, the ambience begins to crackle and pop with nervous and anxious electricity. Coupled with Mercury direct on the 22nd, it’s going to get really busy, really quick. Hope you enjoyed the relative stability of the last few weeks, we’re about to enter the most intense mutable cross season of the year. As mentioned in the Mars retrograde report, The Sun – Mars opposition will take place on the 22nd, and is closely tied into the dynamics of the Full Moon in Sagittarius. A double whammy completion! Think back to June 10th of last year – Sun/Mars conjunction and also the November 11th Sagittarius New Moon. Venus is also in the mix, preparing to oppose Mars two days later. Triple whammy! Venus and Mars had made their conjunction November 1st. These points of initiation all would have signaled beginnings within significant new ventures, projects or relationships that are now culminating. It’s a huge moment of “how’s that working out for you?” though the truth is that we may not know yet. Mars retrograde is telling us to cool our heels as we might not be sure precisely where we are headed next. That all three are all coming up for review at once suggests a very dynamic environment, with many turning points in store, ready or not.

Jupiter is direct from the 10th at 13’ Virgo stimulating a more positive ambience for growth and the enthusiasm that may have been in short supply over the last few months. It’s possible now to see the bigger picture and feel faith in the outcome of our endeavors. Look to June 21st for a significant development, as Jupiter contacts the North Node in Virgo. Although Jupiter is constricted here, we have the opportunity to consolidate and expand our enterprises with a disciplined and methodical approach. It’s pragmatic, but this attention to the details and actions we take* over the next few weeks will yield a positive growth opportunity next month when Jupiter contacts both the North Node (June 21) and Pluto (June 26). (*This of course applies to projects that have already been put into motion, particularly last Fall. With so much retrograde energy elsewhere, this is not the time to start on a new endeavor!)

Jupiter will square Saturn on the 26th, a longer term aspect that occurred initially at the beginning of August last year, then again on March 25th. Jupiter (opportunity/expansion) and Saturn (discipline/restriction) have been working on each other – Saturn reminding Jupiter to act like a grown up, Jupiter ribbing Saturn to let loose, although this is the last in this series. How we balance responsibility with optimism has and will continue to be a significant part of our learning curve this year, with an adjustment within the long range objectives being made now, but also a great deal of pressure coming off afterwards. We can grow through disciplined actions, as also indicated by the strong Virgo emphasis at this time. After this, Saturn and Jupiter are done until the end of the year when they form the closing sextile of their 12 year cycle. How we negotiate the challenges of this time plays a major part in how things turn out in 6 months. With Jupiter now direct, what was previously a “no” might become a “yes”. Optimism taken with a small grain of salt can get us pretty far.

STARGAZER MAY HOROSCOPES BY SIGN:

ARIES: Your cash flow might be a bit loco this month, though you have much to gain by playing the long game and waiting for an offer that gives you what you are really worth. There may be some false starts, but by the end of the month a prospect connected to your profession comes through brilliantly. Keep negotiations open and remain optimistic with your eyes on the bigger picture. The pace of day to day life is vitalized from the 20th and all the way through next month, you may wish to use the first few weeks here to catch a breather while you can! Really positive social vibes and invitations can trigger a romantic meeting. Attached Aries will enjoy fun repartee with the spouse or partner. Attend an art show with or write a poem to the one you love. Walks through nature will be enchanting. The Moon is in your sign from the 3rd – 5th, making these the best and most powerful days of your month. After the 27th, Mars sees you reappraising important commitments and financial matters.

TAURUS: What an amazing month for Taurus, your forecast absolutely shines for May! Venus in your sign this month (the one and only transit you get this year) indicates it’s time to clarify your heart’s desires and open yourself to receive pleasure and good fortune. The New Moon in your sign on the 6th will set the pace, with really good vibrations pouring in on the 10th and 13th especially. OK, with Mercury retrograde in your sign there could be a snag or two, but you’ll be just fine, just delay making any hefty commitments until the end of the month. From the 20th the ambience shifts, and all that introspection and good fortune can be converted into an enhanced sense of self worth that allows you to get after a financial upgrade. Don’t waste your good fortune on mindless indulgences, play the long game for satisfaction that can last. You speak with incredible conviction on the 30th, so this would be a good time to make your case.

GEMINI: So much is going on internally, your insides are ripe and overflowing with incredible positivity – if you choose to see it that way. Perspective plays a bigger role than usual this month, Mercury retrograde can pull you back into the past, and that which you’d thought filed away and forgotten resurfaces. You can use this opportunity for reflection, and/or revisit matters that seek closure now. Or let it bug you out, the choice is yours! Your effectiveness (and clarity) return from the 20th, as the Sun in Gemini helps you put yourself and what you desire first and foremost. Venus collaborates from the 24th, signaling positive and potentially romantic developments, hang on tight tho, the next month is going to be a wild ride! The Full Moon on the 21st shows you both how far you have come (and how far you still have to go) within a close relationship! Prepare for some intensity, both the sweet and the salty kinds.

CANCER: May is a wonderful month for catching up with old friends or reinvigorating a past alliance. A retrograde Mercury signals it’s time to take a walk down memory lane, and hand in hand with Venus, a love relationship may be rekindled in this phase or stimulated by visiting a place from the past. Genuine feelings of fulfillment within a partnership on the 10th and 13th send strong beams of encouragement for your union, making these great dates to cultivate your bond with someone special and deepen your commitment. Matters at work can be somewhat vexing in the later part of the month, though it is possible to make a real breakthrough on the 26th if you can match your enthusiasm with perseverance to see through a challenging assignment. Keep to task and all will work out in the end! Your subjective space and intuition is incredibly heightened from the 20th, though mixed signals on the 22nd and 24th can be somewhat disruptive, you may find you are extra sensitized in this period.

LEO: The New Moon on the 6th can signal a phenomenal development for you professionally. Very enticing vibrations through out the first two weeks do much to boost your reputation and encourage growth. Meanwhile Mercury retro could bring a missed opportunity back into the frame and up for review. While you may feel like you are treading water here, you do your best to wait until the dust has settled towards the end of the month to see what really *sticks* or simply comes out in the wash. The financials get a boost as Jupiter resumes direct motion and here too you can make some real progress. Circle the 10th for a genuinely positive time to showcase your talents to the people who matter. Creativity shines in this period, though you may feel you hit a snag around the 26th that calls for a reappraisal. A child or creative matter could feature. After the 20th your social life buzzes with invitations and opportunities, making this a great time to connect with those mutually minded. This brisk pace carries you through the Spring months right into Summer, helping you work through some of the bigger dynamics implicating your personal life after the 27th.

VIRGO: Jupiter resumes direct motion in your sign, coupled with several earthy Taurus transits will help you to feel buoyed in the aftermath the innumerable changes and shifts you likely endured over the last two months. Circle the 10th as a wonderful day for leisure or recreation. No need to go to far from home, and probably better not to as Mercury retro can signal delays in travel through the end of the month. Cultivating a loving bond can also be enchanting in this period, both the 9th and 10th are favorable for catching romantic sparks. From the 20th, the topics shift to profession, reputation and long term goals. Jupiter direct has your best interests in mind and offers protection, but this is going to dynamic period of change for you – all the action is taking place on your angles (the areas of greatest significance in your chart: self – partner, home/family – career) and this is going to make for a big and bouncy ride for a few weeks. Use the signals you get in the first half to clarify your goals. Then, without surrendering to chaos, get ready to rumble, good luck!!!

LIBRA: Soul shaking intimacy at the gut level is featured this month, though the Mercury retrograde roundabout suggests either a double take on a ship that sailed or reworking the balance in an ongoing relationship that needs a good deal of tweaking. Finding the right formula right now is fun, as Venus occupying this area favors such unions, and in particular the financial ones. When Mercury about faces end of month you could be sealing a very lucrative deal or contract, maybe even tying the knot with your true love. Circle the 10th and 13th for exploratory discussions and conversations. No harm in talking… Just wait until at least the 30th to make any binding commitments. From the 20th the pace ratchets up a few notches and your social schedule just gets busy-busy-busy-busy. Through June. Which could be all the more reason to use the first three weeks for some private encounters.

SCORPIO: The interpersonal dynamics are featured this month with many a conversation or negotiation taking in place in your most key relationships. Very harmonious energy (Venus) adds a positive tone where uncertainty (Mercury retrograde) may be present. It’s quite possible a former flame is getting a second look, or a commitment is being reworked or clarified. Powerful and positive indications on the 7th and 13th especially point you in the direction of your heart’s true desire. The New Moon on the 6th is significant – bringing home the awareness triggered during your personal Full Moon the 21st of last month. Mars meanwhile comes to reoccupy your sign on the 28th, reigniting passions through July. A great deal of retrograde energy impacting you personally indicates that you are in a place requiring substantial reorientation to both your personal goals, as well as those within your closest relationships. From the 20th, things begin to get a bit more serious, and commitments nailed down. A vital conversation on the 30th helps you set things right.

SAGITTARIUS: Life maintenance and how you take care of your body and manage your time is highlighted, offering the opportunity this month to connect the positive influences affecting your productivity and wellness to enhance your income or save money. Professional auspices are also highlighted, as Jupiter comes out of slumber on the 9th, you begin a new phase of growth and development in your career. Work diligently towards those goals and milestones, as a really stunning development offered around June 21st is the outcome of what you put in over the next 6 weeks! Dicey dynamics can be present in your relationships meanwhile, pulling attention away from the goals you have set, the Full Moon in your sign on the 21st will be very revealing! You can be your own worst enemy on the 26th if you perceive personal obstacles or limitations are inhibiting your growth potential. Use the awareness you may experience at this time to relinquish a negative attitude you might have towards yourself. Your self talk will reveal a lot! Tune in.

CAPRICORN: Passion and pleasure reign supreme for you this month, though a Mercury retrograde could have you doing a double take with a former flame or patching thing up within a work-in-progress love affair. The New Moon on the 6th signals a new chapter and the 9th, 10th and 13th are exquisite for close encounters of the kinky kind, though the good vibrations radiate through the 24th. Travel or a publishing venture that may have sidetracked over the last few months comes back to the forefront after the 9th, though Mercury retro (till the 22nd) could provide a snag or two. A self defeating attitude or hangup with the past can dampen optimism for your enterprise around the 26th. Listen to your self talk for limiting attitudes at this time. From the 20th the pace quickens as work assignments demand a great deal of time and effort. The work you put in now manifests in the golden opportunities revealed after September, when Jupiter visits your house of fame, profession and reputation, opening doors to advancement and success.

AQUARIUS: You do well to attend to your roots and most personal life for the first few weeks as very harmonious transits affect your base of operations. Mercury retro can see the resolution of old issues, particularly with family or flat mates, which you will finalize towards the end of the month. From the 20th the pleasure principal, self expression and true romance all become very significant topics as numerous Gemini transits enliven the atmosphere and from here you will feel lighter and more at ease with yourself, especially after the 25th. Oh la la. You are still contending with contentious dynamics with friends, and the 24th and 26th can both be revealing of what issues may still need to be addressed within your crew or among colleagues. Mars back in Scorpio May 27 – August 2 gives you a second chance to reach your professional goals, though you may be regrouping through next month. Helpful vibrations in July will help you move up the ladder of success, consider the next two months a time of preparation.

PISCES: Some of the tension and focus coming off your professional agenda makes room for some really lovely social interludes. The 9th, 10th and 13th are positively magical for attending an art show or otherwise cultivating a romantic or creative association. Daily life and conversations will be infused with sweet tenderness. You may even meet a love interest in the course of your most routine activities. Mercury retrograde equally influences this area, and communication it seems, perhaps a contract or key piece of information, is held up until the end of the month. Don’t sweat this too much, everyone is kind of going through something, and all the pieces fall into place soon enough and you can make an informed decision. The domestic sphere bustles with activity after the 20th, and if you have needed to make changes to the living arrangements, the time will come from late May through June. Professional obligations may curtail otherwise positive developments in your relational sphere in the later part of the month. This has been an ongoing trend though it’s likely by now know what you need to do. If you haven’t yet connected with that someone special, luck improves after the 9th, with stunning developments in late August/September.

STARGAZER FORECAST APRIL 2016

APRIL / ARIES ~ MONTH OF FIRE ~ RESURGENCE AND PURIFICATION OF THE SPIRIT REALM

The turbulence and general dankness of March recedes swiftly into the rear view mirror, replaced with fresh and enlivening currents of energy and enthusiasm as numerous Aries transits marshal in new beginnings and a pioneering, indomitable spirit. April speaks to the liberating power of Uranus, signaling a spontaneous new order – get ready to jump! Paradoxically, the actual inertia of our activities slows as Mars winds down to the pace of treacle, as the retrograde cycle commences mid month, turning us about face, where we are asked to evaluate the actions we have taken over the last 8 weeks, if not the last two years. Time for redux.

ARIES NEW MOON

aries new moon 2016

The ARIES NEW MOON occurring on April 7th, sets a dynamic tone, though the entire period from the 5th – 9th is emphasized as Sun connects to the major influencers – Saturn, Pluto and Uranus throughout the week. A very lively connection to Uranus on the 9th indicates real breakthroughs are possible now. Pluto still creates a tense atmosphere, with a Sun – Pluto square on the 6th bringing a very pervasively challenging circumstance to a head, culminating in some really critical (and ongoing) power struggles. There is a distinct possibility that doing something completely new or unconventional can help us make the breakthrough where Pluto has been a repressive influence. Slow and steady Saturn weighs in on the 5th, reminding us we are moving in the right direction as we steadily manage to complete our to do list. The combined forces of the Sun, Moon and Uranus on the 7th creates a very dynamic surge of energy, and the ambience for the first two weeks of April will be utterly electrifying and impulsive. With such incredible vitality available, thresholds we have been unable to cross can now be obliterated. Saturn oversees and is very supportive from Sagittarius, so while the New Moon conjunct Uranus is a very boundary breaking influence on it’s own, initiatives we put into place now augment our long range efforts for structure and security, and ultimately satisfaction, an issue that became a prominent theme as Saturn went retrograde last month.

The Saturn retrograde period (March 25 – August 13) is a time in which we must evaluate the structures we have built since last November. Their durability and strength will be considered and where we have not succeeded in creating an enduring framework that offers the security we are cultivating (signified by the area where Saturn transits in your chart,) we will have to make modifications and renew our efforts to find stability from mid – August onward. The retrograde of Mars (April 18 – June 30) reinforces this, as both are traveling through Sagittarius. At the crux of this karmic journey is to overcome feelings of restriction and oppression in relation to our personal expression, feelings of joy, and the ability to obey our impulses. We have so much more to explore during this passage, although it’s safe to say we’ll gain the most valuable asset of this transit when we completely release ourselves from a perceived outcome and throw ourselves in and simply learn from the experience itself. Saturn demands we practice this, to integrate it into the daily, weekly and monthly routine. Cultivating a genuine sense of freedom, and unconditional and uninhibited feelings of faith in a positive outcome are where we want to wind up. It is only through the mastery of this skill that Saturn will release the restrictions upon the area being transited in your chart. Sagittarius is always focused on a destination, but realizes upon arrival there is still more territory in which to expand the quest, and embraces the next adventure. It is this nature of expansion itself (think Jupiter!) that reminds us not to fear constructing reality on the fly. Be fearless! Stimulation from Aries planets will push us to remarkable new heights.

Mars in Sagittarius meanwhile provides enormous enthusiasm and bravery to venture into that very unknown, although the upcoming retrograde phase may have us reconsidering the route we will take to get there, or what the destination is. Stationing at 8 Sagittarius (for nearly the whole month) those of us with chart factors at 8 Sag, Gemini, Virgo or Pisces (give or take 2-3 degrees on either side) are really gonna get hit with this one, though it’s a bit like a volcano erupting in slow motion. Aries transits of the Sun, Mercury and Venus, after the 5th, all amplify the fiery nature of this month. Fire burns and purifies by relinquishing the detritus holding us back. Fire also is associated with self expression, creativity and imagination, so it’s quite possible a big artistic project is in the frame. The Sabian Symbol for 8 Sagittarius is “Within the depths of the earth new elements are being formed” or as Thomas Carlyle said: “No pressure, no diamonds” so there is the potential now for profound alchemical transformation of the inner realm, as there are significant changes taking place. It’s a lot of pressure for Mars to hinge on a single degree for this amount of time. A great deal of this is going to happen beneath the surface, and with Mars set to move back into Scorpio by the end of May, we will once again engage the depths of the psyche as we submerge back into Scorpios’ depths. Go deep and make your diamonds people! By November, this phase of the adventure comes complete, and with Mars and Saturn meeting up on the 24th of August, a significant leg of the journey will be made. Saturn is setting the goals, Mars will bring the energy to achieve them.

VENUS IN ARIES – The opportunity for clarification and resolution of old issues, a new beginning; symbolized by the Four of Rods – Aquarian Tarot

Screen Shot 2016-03-31 at 2.41.53 PM

Venus will be in Aries from April 6th, intensifying the ambience and making us receptive to passionate encounters. After the prickly relationship dynamics we endured last month – Venus square Mars, Venus square Saturn, Venus conjunct South Node 😦 we will thoroughly enjoy the positive, upbeat quality of time we get this month. Venus trine Mars (12th), Venus trine Saturn (18th) and Venus conjunct Uranus (22nd) will offer renewal and growth through our encounters with others, especially where the pleasure principal is highlighted. With Uranus in the mix there can be opportunities for enticing new liaisons, though with Mars going retrograde, maybe not the best time to start a major relationship, IMO

Mercury flies through Aries like a banshee, ending a brisk two week transit when it enters Taurus on the 6th. Mercury will be in Taurus for a lengthy total of nearly 10 weeks, finally leaving on June 13th. From Taurus the thought process is anchored intensively to the material realm, so it’s likely we’re negotiating financial agreements and attending to matters of security over the next two and a half months. By mid – April you’ll get the gist, and the 14th and 17th are exquisite for conversations or hatching ideas that will offer solutions, as long as you realize this is just the beginning of a dialogue that will continue through the end of May.

Though Mercury is debilitated during it’s retrograde cycle (April 29 – May 23) the configuration it allows for is really quite incredible, as from Taurus Mercury completes a Grand Trine in the earth signs connecting Jupiter/North Node in Virgo and Pluto in Capricorn. The Sun in Taurus from April 20th adds palpable significance within this period and by May 1st, Venus joins the party, indicating a positive and attractive current of energy in relation to money, property and valuable possessions. This also has a very strong influence on our sense of security as we are likely to feel grounded and prepared to work productively towards goals. Of course – don’t think this one is in the bag, although you may find as early as May 7th or 10th that significant alliances are being formed or that prosperity and good fortune are moving in your direction. With Mercury retrograde, it’s very important to remain composed, especially if very big figures are involved, (and with Jupiter and Pluto involved, it could potentially be very big figures,) through the arbitration phase that is set to occur through May. A critical bit of information or a way better offer could be in store so you’ll do yourself the best favor to wait and hedge your commitments until the end of the month of May. Mercury stations from May 19 – 26 at 14 Taurus, in a pretty tight trine to Jupiter 13 Virgo. If nothing else, good moods and positive thinking will be pervasive, and with Jupiter direct (from May 9) it could be that we are putting the finishing touches on a very lucrative contract and working out all the juicy details. May the 30th is a good day to lock down agreements or dig a bit deeper in regard to your associates before you commit. Mercury activates the Nodal axis on the 21st and 22nd, offering a glimpse into what is ahead and what we should be striving for.

STARGZER MONTHLY HOROSCOPE:

ARIES – Events this month have the potential to give you a brand new lease on life, and with Venus in your sign you will no doubt benefit from revealing your softer and more gentler side. Sparks of love that fly around the 12th and 22nd can kindle a new romance or take a current one to a whole new level. Exploration is key, and there is an exciting and spontaneous quality to connections you make now. Sneak in some kinky on the 12th, you earned it! The 18th can be ideal for establishing (or at least exploring,) a commitment with long range potential. A New Moon in your sign on the 7th connects to Uranus, signaling a desire to express complete authenticity, perhaps even making an unanticipated if unprecedented move. Professional obstacles or commitments not withstanding, you can feel a sense of urgency to make a radical change. Saturn is supporting your better interests, so go for it! Mind on your money and money on your mind from the 5th, as a two month transit involving Mercury (retrograde next month) impacts your house of income, personal resources and self worth. Think long game on this one: negotiations will see a few loops and turn arounds, and the conversations and agreements you enter into around the 14th and 17th bear fruit towards the end of May. Keep yourself open to changes and hang tight, this cycle can produce genuine prosperity, all the dirty details simply need to get hammered out first.

TAURUS – Your Sixth Sense is buzzing this month, and you have the potential of going deep within your psyche to retrieve treasures both forgotten and unknown. You would betray the best outcome right now by trying to extend your reach too far – think in internals, the best exploration you can make right now occurs within you. This inquiry, or maybe it’s a meditation (?) will help you unravel the knots of the current Mercury cycle, taking up a pretty solid 10 week stay in your sign from the 5th onward. On the plus, this cycle harmonizes a very positive potential for reaching a broader audience through a creative or personal undertaking. It’s also possible if you are looking to adopt a child from a foreign country, or in a relationship with someone from abroad, and if so, this matter is coming together for you in May. Conversations or insights that occur around the 14th and 17th set into motion the wheels for this opportunity, and although there may be a few detours, by the last week of May, things fall neatly into place. Mercury retro in your sign (from April 28 – May 22) can bring several reappraisals and shifting conditions. Meanwhile, Venus will enter your sign on the 29th, so you can expect some really delightful experiences throughout May, and it would seem likely people from your past play a role. A partnership matter comes to a head during the super emotive Scorpio Full Moon on the 22nd, and you need to decide if you are in or out. Unexpected, even unprecedented culminations in a relationship are possible. So are you?

GEMINI – Collaboration and team work is fruitful for you this month, as the energy of others spurs you to action, and offers inspiring insights that enhance your relationships with very positive influences. Romance can be found through friends or at a networking event. A key partnership is stimulated around the 12th, make the best of it. When Mars goes retrograde on the 17th you may find the flames of passion subside for a few months, which may be for the best if a relationship has been burning white hot and you need to tone it down. Surprises are in store on the 22nd, a partner may announce they are going away for work or travel, or you may meet someone completely new and unexpectedly. The gearshift to neutral comes courtesy of a 10 week Mercury phase occurring in your area of hidden treasures, endings and secrets which begins on the 5th. Your intuition will be very strong for the next two months, but this placement makes you highly empathic, and you readily pick up on the vibes of those around you, ESPECIALLY the bad ones, so choose your company carefully. During the retrograde cycle (April 28th – May 22nd) you will be mining some really interesting material from the way, way back of the deepest and darkest depths of your psyche. Pay attention for clues on the 14th and 17th as the topics revealed will likely speak to the ongoing process of resolution you seek to make within yourself during this cycle.

CANCER – The emphasis shifts to the very top of your chart, highlighting your public image and reputation as well as profession, fame and the distinct role you play in society. With Venus here from the 5th you are benefiting from positive PR or may find you have really reached a pinnacle in your career. Stunning opportunities for advancement can be revealed on the 7th, 9th or 20th. Anything that comes up at these times will likely have a futuristic bent, or likely just come in right out of the blue. The influences are positive and tap into your long range objectives and the hard work you have done up to now. Nail down details and make commitments on the 18th. A really bold new enterprise can take shape during the New Moon on the 7th, though you and a business partner or spouse may be at odds as to how you should proceed. More favorable influences en route during the Full Moon on the 22nd highlight creativity and pleasure. You can tap into a more romantic vibe at this point. Friends and organizations, particularly those connected to your past will be a significant source of activities for the upcoming two months, a trend you will most likely enjoy. It looks as though those you will be spending time and catching up with may offer really favorable energies that will help you either meet someone with real partnership potential or help you expand your social network considerably.

LEO – The travel bug hits you hard this month, and you might decide to go off on an unexpected if not unprecedented adventure. The New Moon on the 7th could reveal an exciting opportunity to get on the road. A creative project you have been working on since last Autumn could play a role, literally, if you are an actor, writer or performer you might be going on a tour or lecture series. The influences at work produce decidedly *unexpected* circumstances. They are equally enlivening, and you will want to take advantage of what is on offer, especially if a key partnership is at stake. The caveat: your day job or an uncooperative health issue may hinder your availability to accommodate your spontaneity. If so, this is likely attached to an ongoing issue that is quite ready to be resolved. The solution lies in trying something so extraordinarily different from that which you have in the past (and quite possibly inspired by a brilliant, but unusual cohort,) that you finally make the breakthrough you have been seeking for ages. Two weeks later, April 21st, a Scorpio Full Moon sets you back down to the roots and your base. Where you are from, where you are now, all the changes you have endured in this area for the last several years in this arena flow through your consciousness. Even a year ago, you felt so close to the changes you sought to make but still had so much more work to do. At this point you can look around and feel confidence that the changes you have desired manifested.

VIRGO – As the surreal — if not completely — unreal influences of last month fade into memory, you will find that you are entering a relatively calmer phase. Mercury in Taurus from the 5th provides an ambience of precision and clarity aiding communication and negotiations. This is a longer trend that will influence you through May, there is a long distance connotation and you may be working towards a long range enterprise or adventure that’s going to require some tweaking. April is about grounding down, particularly in regard to relationships that were tricky over the prior period. A bevy of planets and a New Moon in the 8th house (sex, death, intimacy) signals you are in the process of deepening a commitment you made or began last month (if not prior,) or that you are in the alternate process of purging and releasing a relationship that has come to an end. This profoundly personal period taps you into the depths of your desires, many of which may catch you by surprise. Very interesting influences preside on the 9th and 20th in particular, though your love interest might be caught off guard if you intensify your commitment on the 6th or 19th and they aren’t quite ready. Early Virgo will be challenged/stimulated by Mars station at 8 Sagittarius for most of the month. All Virgo will experience the retrograde cycle (beginning April 17 – end June) as a slow down on the domestic front. Just as you were starting to make your climb on and up, residential matters, perhaps a move, sidestep for the time being. For now let the pleasurable influences (particularly those of next month) take precedence.

LIBRA – It’s not so much about the relationship itself, Libra, but your relationship to the relationship and the headspace you allow it to occupy. Uranus is providing a highly liberating influence, but you have to be willing to burn the old script and make a radical departure from the past to make it work. An enticing new cycle begins for you on the 7th, and there are incredible opportunities for you to connect, cultivate and invigorate your relationship to the relationship. A direct approach will work wonders, although you might find your prospects are limited or that a partner goes out of bounds while Mars is retrograde. A contentious energy associated with your domestic scene also seems to be thwarting your efforts to authentic partnering, someone or something finds your arrangement a little too unconventional and this has been a topic of heated debate. To this end the 19th specifically can prove to be a challenging day. What you can benefit from this month, however, is the ability to uncover a whole new approach that can bring about the solution to an ongoing issue. It’s not so much about being confrontational so much as discovering a new way to articulate your position. The week of the 17th provides volumes of information about who – what and where you are headed. From the 5th an emphasis on business partners and shared resources becomes the topic of serious conversation through the end of May. A negotiation may stall or require modifications next month, but stick this one out, as there is a potential for substantial gain that makes the long game worth playing. Conversations, ideas and insights on the 14th and 17th open doors and negotiations that will fall into place by the end of next month. Financials come into focus during the Scorpio Full Moon on the 21st and you may be leaving behind one source of income for another.

SCORPIO – The emphasis for April is your wellness, body, it’s maintenance and your’ lifestyle. There are very positive influences to make long term gains financially as an element of luck and your obvious dedication at work will likely pay off for you in this phase. To the end you have been innovative in regard to your employment prospects, there may be a sudden opening or inspiration that triggers an exciting development. The 7th, 9th and 20th reveal the details. Currently, you have good energy to make money, the 5th, 12th and 18th are especially positive. However, with Mars going retrograde on the 17th, you may see a financial slow down, so while you can make some extra funds, it’s wise at this point to save that for a rainy day. The 17th and 18th see your double rulers, Mars and Pluto turn retrograde. Some of the candor and enthusiasm you felt since New Years will likely diminish as energy turns inwards, although the next few months take a very social turn and emphasize partnership as well as friends. You’ll come back strong in July. A Full Moon in your sign on the 22nd signals endings and culminations. You are ready to release much in this phase, and this serves you well with so much to gain over the coming months. You may have to look within for answers, but you will find them if you do! Mercury in Taurus from the 5th begins a significant 2 month transit affecting partnerships, with Venus to follow on the 29th. There may be some twists and turns on the road to an enduring commitment, but very positive influences assure a satisfying conclusion by the end of May.

SAGITTARIUS – Things get hot and heavy in your neck of the woods Sag, and the closer your b-day to November 30th, the more exquisite (or excruciating) the intensity you experience over the next month as Mars stations in your sign. The good news is there are electrifying currents due in your romantic, creative and self expressive realms, you can connect with an authenticity as well as foster new connections that allow you to express yourself in bold new ways you have never likely considered. The New Moon on the 7th sets the stage for incredible developments, especially strong signals appear on the 9th, 12th and 22nd. You are guided with incredible conviction, and feelings of bravery are strong in this period. There could be some discouraging news about the financials, and the 6th and 19th can be challenging in this regard. An inventive approach may trigger an answer to a long standing issue. Provocative meetings are on the way, even if your ardor is diminishing during the Mars retrograde phase, you can still explore what is on offer. A love relationship may stabilize on the 18th, or you see significant progress with a personal or creative project. You seek repose towards the end of the month, particularly around the Scorpio Full Moon on the 21st. It is appropriate at this time to reflect upon and release the past.

CAPRICORN – You are restructuring your life on a pretty fundamental level at this point, and it’s likely the changes occurring on the outside (most likely impacting your residence, or the relationship you have with the people within it) are starting to more accurately reflect what’s going on inside. Your inner landscape is ripe with fertile material you can use to create the soul home you seek. As the friction and growing pains of the last few years have given way to a whole new thinking about what the home/family dynamic can look like, you are probably willing to depart radically from what you have known in the past. Cues and clues revealed this month will point you in the right direction as you seek a more authentic space in which to dwell. Opportunities are abundant this month to initiate or make the changes that are long overdue in your private life. To seize this opportunity, you are going to have to employ all new tactics, throw out the script, and start over. If it didn’t work before, it won’t now. A seismic shift in perspective on the 7th will aid you in finding a new solution. Financially it’s a positive month, so you may uncover resources to make a long desired transformation in your living arrangements. Also on queue: from the 6th a long transit of Mercury will see you in a ongoing dialogue regarding a creative project, your children or a love relationship that can lead to having children. Although this negotiation takes time, there are very positive influences presiding over it, possibly someone at a distance or a media or publishing venture is playing a beneficial role here. Your personal passion for this also drives you to reach a successful conclusion. Look to the 17th for clues. More (much more) on this in May.

AQUARIUS – Your innate sparkle is utterly luminous this month, especially when you get out and walk and talk and in the subtle minutia of daily interactions and discourse. Writing, speaking and all communications are enhanced, also making this a great time to take a class or attend a lecture that will open your perspective and allow you to meet new people. You’ll seek mental stimulation and creative activities with a partner, or may even meet someone while simply in the process of your day to day activities. Ideas, flashes of inspiration and even pure genius should be anticipated, particularly between the 7th – 9th, when intellectual stimulation shoots right off the charts. Dialogue is incredibly stimulating for you right now, so rather than have that conversation with yourself in your head, seek the input of outside influences. A great deal of action will also be taking place in your domestic environment, from the 6th a very long transit of Mercury affects your home and private life. There may be a great deal of visitors, and if so they are likely people from your past who you reconnect with. These occasions should be joyous and revelry will warm your abode through May. There may also be reason to celebrate, it’s possible an inheritance or legacy is going to make a move possible, though there will be some turnarounds here too. Retro Mercury can stall paperwork or present an issue with the home itself that must be addressed before moving is viable. Positive developments on the 14th and 17th will point you in the appropriate direction, even if this one doesn’t get wrapped up until the end of next month. Accolades for a job well done on the 21st are the reward for your hard work in your profession.

PISCES – So March was maybe the dankest month on record, though hopefully with Venus in your sign you had some good fortune despite all the friction and upheaval! There is a massive shift in the energy fields as Aries dynamics really begin to take over, and by the 6th we won’t even remember some of the more intense passages endured last month. The New Moon on the 7th triggers an amazing new channel of resources for you – a breakthrough regarding your self worth and what you care about can occur now allowing you tap into an eclectic or novel new way to earn. The 9th and 22nd are also highlighted, resources can flow in now and will allow for an electrifying current of change within your values. What does slow down over the next 10-ish weeks are some reversals of course in your professional life, it looks like your going to be taking a detour to reach your aspirational goals. Reconsideration of your tactics, or your destination will be a fairly prominent feature of the next three months. The Scorpio Full Moon on the 21st may send you some positive signals of the direction you may choose to consider. Meanwhile your social life is set to pick up, with really fresh and stimulating influences will really enhance communication and your day to day activities. A project in your neighborhood can be a productive use of these transits, and you might bump into old friends in the course of your daily commute. The retrograde period of Mercury will not have a particularly negative effect, though you will be better off to avoid negotiations or filing any significant paper work, especially if money is involved. This would be a good time to edit or revisit a writing project however, as you may find stunning new ways to articulate your message.

STARGAZER FORECAST MARCH 2016

SOUTH NODE CONJUNCT CHIRON: CRITICAL ENCOUNTERS

March is the big kahuna, featuring the kind of dynamics that can literally transform life in a split second. Eclipses season is en route for Spring, signaling that bright new beginnings as well as the necessary endings to make room for the new are likely to occur throughout March. The Pisces eclipse on the 8th will receive very positive energy from the Jupiter – Pluto trine. The Libra eclipse on the 23rd connects right into the topics and agenda of our new four month Sun – Mercury cycle, beginning at 3 Aries on the 23rd. If you thought 2016 was a snooze, you ain’t seen nothing yet! (As always, the closer eclipses fall to your personal chart factors, the bigger the personal impact in your life will be! **Do also look at your PROGRESSED CHART, these can be equally significant when contacted by the Eclipses as well!** Get your chart FOR FREE on astro.com to find out!)

Endings and culminations are prominent, look to where Pisces resides in your chart to see where they are most likely to occur. Numerous contacts from the South Node conjunct to Sun (Mar. 12th), Mercury (Mar. 17th) and Venus (Mar. 30th) will bring matters to conclusion where it is time to release a dream or fantasy. Pisces is the vessel of our most etherial and visionary desires. It associates with the transcendence of the ordinary, the mundane and the real. The South Node transits reveal what we have to let go of, and in the case we do not feel prepared to surrender our illusions, these can be quite painful episodes.

South Node is also conjunct Chiron for most of the month. It’s time to relinquish this constant need to self therapize our Chiron – Pisces issue. Chiron is a secondary ruler to Virgo, and with Chiron there is this pervasive need to fix things, which is rooted entirely in the concept that Something Is Wrong. Let that noise go for now. There can be an episode that triggers memories of pain, loss or the capacity to heal in this area, and what is revealed may even be connected to a past life. While it may feel this intuition is highly instructive, it is only through surrendering the desire to reconcile our “issue” (or someone else’s for that matter,) that we will genuinely be enabled to construct a healthy new narrative in which we release the subconscious patterning that is blocking our evolution, which right now is tied to Something Is Wrong.

Profound detoxification is possible now if we actually become aware that we are using alcohol, drugs or some other form of delusion inducing compulsion in order to compel truthfulness to Something Is Wrong. Drink a lot of water, cry as much as you need to and be willing to experience the process on a COMPLETELY PHYSICAL LEVEL. If you begin to overthink and attempt to rationalize your feelings (STOP NOW!) or are experiencing stress, try the breathing exercise from my last post, take a walk or get some exercise. The aspect peaks around the 24th (21 Pisces), just following the Libra Eclipse. Hardy, har, har!!! Love, the Universe.

In the way that the South Node Aries contacts last year demonstrated how we needed to cultivate new ways to assert ourselves (most demonstrably through cooperating with others,) South Node Pisces is urging us to emancipate ourselves from worn out delusions that are preventing us from embracing the future. If we are able to change our perception, this becomes a LIBERATING experience, where the stuff we are getting rid of allows us make room for new and vitalizing experiences up ahead. These are only painful transitions if we cling desperately to the past.

Screen Shot 2016-02-17 at 2.40.02 PM

The March 8th eclipse falls at 18’ 56” Pisces, and is really quite extraordinary. It signals a new dream is taking root, and taps into the incredible and transformative energy of the Jupiter – Pluto trine (exact on the 16th at 17 degrees Virgo – Capricorn). The earth element is highly supportive and assists in manifesting the visionary objective that initiates at this time. The combination of material reinforcement (Earth signs) with the spiritual and inspirational qualities (Pisces – Jupiter) produce a marvelous ambience for creative, artistic and visionary pursuits. There is a big boost for these activities and we can productively transform through them at this time. Saturn, meanwhile, challenges the enticing developments that occur, and it’s equally likely that duty, restriction or obligation weighs heavily on our ability to make the most of the otherwise lovely developments unfolding in this period. It is possible the awareness that emerges in relation to this conflict stimulates us to take action to resolve this issue.

March 6th features the second of three quincunx aspects between Jupiter and Uranus. The first occurred last November and the final one will be on August 13th. We are in the ongoing process of modifying and refining (Virgo!) a project or enterprise we began as far back as 2010, a period which seeded the initiation of a very innovative and expansive enterprise. Saturn also makes a second square to Jupiter on the 23rd. From the Stargazer 2016 overview: “It was in June of 2010 that Jupiter and Uranus linked up at 0’ Aries, signaling a very innovative project or expansive, revolutionary new way of thinking was initiated. Also in the mix was Saturn in opposition at 0’ Libra.” This whole configuration culminates in December, when Jupiter (Libra) opposes Uranus (Aries) with Saturn in Sagittarius harmonizing both.

It’s a safe bet what occurs (and even more so what we put into motion as a result of these influences,) is very significant in terms of how this whole thing turns out for us at the end of the year. In August we’ll be putting the finishing touches on the work we began in November, right now we are at an interesting mid-point, seeing how well things we set into motion are working out and correcting the course where we need to. The quincunx is a very experimental, alchemical aspect, and the energies are so completely incongruous to work with. Uranus dispatched Jupiter from the edge of Pisces – Aries, the point of complete dissolution into the point of absolute initiation. Jupiter has traveled, seen some sights, and learned some particularly difficult lessons while it navigated the Cardinal Cross. And now in Virgo, Jupiter needs to become malleable and studious, and take all it has learned and REFINE it into something useful. Aries – Uranus is the utmost of impulse energy, it is just so freaking volatile. Jupiter has the task of absorbing the heat and lightning bolts and pressure and transforming all that energy into something of value.

What that thing is has a lot to do with what you set out to achieve during the period in mid 2010 – 2011. Again, at that time you may have only sensed the revolutionary forces percolating beneath the surface. Brilliant, but unusual and innovative concepts may have started to present themselves, providing alternatives you would have never considered previously. As recently as last June, when Jupiter – Uranus were trine, we got a huge boost of initiative for this undertaking, some kind of signal to tell us we were going in the right direction. Again, listen to the message, take in the criticism and notes, whether they illicit from inside or outside, all of it is useful to you right now and will ultimately serve you to clarify what you are doing in order to reach that successful conclusion in December.

LIBRA ECLIPSE CHART:

libra eclipse

Our second eclipse falls on the 3 Aries – Libra axis, bringing to a conclusion a long range metamorphosis that extends as far back as October of 2013. The Aries eclipse September 27th of last year signaled the resolution of a long standing way of existence. As the Moon disappeared behind the shadow of the Earth that night, a dream or desire became submerged within the depths of the psyche. Do you remember this dream or what you were thinking of as the Moon disappeared? It’s quite possible that your desires becomes unleashed now, as the Sun illuminates it from Aries and brings light and life to the emotional treasure we buried last Fall. It’s possible too, a dramatic shift occurs now that enables us to reclaim that which we sought after 6 months ago. While this is a period of incredible emotional release, and possibly turbulence, the Eclipse itself is well aspected, with Mars in a very supportive position, providing energy to undertake what transpires, offering a helpful and philosophical attitude beaming over from generous Sagittarius. It’s possible a masculine figure is highly instrumental at this time. Mercury resides right next to the Sun, initiating the Sun – Mercury cycle that initiates the next 4 month cycle of daily activities and communication. (More below**) Door closes, window opens.

Mars is slowing in orbit, preparing for its’ retrograde period, beginning next month from April 18th – June 30th. Moving into Sagittarius on the 7th, the planet of action and energy stimulates an more outgoing ambience than we experienced from Scorpio, and although certain activities may be slowing some what, there is vitality and excitement available during this transit. Mars is on the heels of Saturn of course, activating us to take initiative on the long range goals Saturn has set for us. This work in progress continues through August, when Mars and Saturn meet, so imagine this part of your life is a bit like a construction zone, from Sag at least we can be optimistic! 🙂

Venus is highly active with contacts across the spectrum, the most notable of which is the conjunction to Neptune on the 20th. This highly romantically charged aspect taps our ability to see the very best in people, and stimulates a new cycle connected to a visionary pursuit or undertaking. Inspiration is strong, and feelings of love are transcendental. Also in the mix is a volatile Venus – Mars square on the 14th, which generates a lot of romantic and sexual friction if our needs our not being met on either level in our partnerships. The 25th may also prove quite challenging as Venus (Pisces) locks horns with the Jupiter (Virgo) – Saturn (Sagittarius) square that perfects two days earlier. There can be disconcerting and frustrating delays at this time impacting both finances and relationships. Hang in there! The following day Venus contacts Pluto harmoniously, allowing for transformative and passionate experiences to unfold.

**Here’s a little more on the Sun – Mercury cycle from my 2016 astrology e-book. Remember that what we begin now will go through a period of reappraisal and modification during the next Mercury retro phase. The project or activity that begins now is connected to wherever 3 Aries sits in your chart. Get your chart for free on astro.com!**

Sun conjunct Mercury March 23rd – 3’ Aries

This Mercury cycle initiates under the auspices of the Libra Eclipse (3’ 17” Libra) suggesting immensely emotional overtones to beginnings we make now, very likely connected to events and awareness stimulated over the prior 2 years and illuminated specifically last September during the Aries Eclipse 4’ 40”, (September 27th, 2015). A Lunar Eclipse, such as this, portends endings, so what begins now is likely an extension of the closure of a long standing pattern or way of life. One door closes, another opens, as they say. This beginning is given a positive beam of encouragement from Mars in trine from Sagittarius, perhaps we are about to embark on a big adventure and saying farewell to a way of life that has become quite outmoded to make this journey. Jupiter sends very positive vibrations (trine from Virgo) during the retrograde cycle* itself, so themes of expansion are amplified. The last two weeks of May feature positive developments implicating business agreements, travel, education and pursuits associated with the media or broadcasting. Jupiter will have recently turned direct, (May 10th) so it might be that an agreement, contract or negotiation at this time (though temporarily stalled during the upcoming RX cycle of Mercury,) finally comes through and sends us off in a big, big way.

Monthly Horoscopes by STARGAZER:

ARIES: There is a difference between secrets and lies, though it will be difficult to distinguish between the two this month. Everyone has something to hide it turns out, yourself included, so be careful what or to whom you may reveal yourself. Smoke and mirrors are endemic this month. Your psychic, intuitive realm is ripe with inspiration meanwhile, though you may find some of what percolates beneath the surface to be a bit disruptive at times. Trust the flow and see what illuminates. Your dreams may speak to what you must release. It’s a bit of a contradiction, all this latent energy keeping you behind the scenes while Mars comes galloping into Sagittarius on the 7th, activating a surge of energy you haven’t experienced since last Summer. From the 20th it gets easier to be yourself, and there are good prospects for you professionally, if you are willing to put in the work. Mid-month can signal advancement in your career. A project or goal you put into motion last Fall comes together brilliantly, boosting your status substantially. The Libra eclipse on the 23rd represents a final farewell in a committed relationship. This releases you to pursue a personal enterprise with renewed passion and commitment. A strong sense of self awareness guides you into the future.

TAURUS: It’s a big month for you socially, with a flurry of invitations and events coming your way. You are compelled to pick and choose your cohorts wisely, some relationships are fading away into the past tense though you equally stand to reconnecting with long forgotten friends. The March 8th eclipse signals a new dream, or new phase in the realization of a dream, will play a major role in your story for the next 6 months. Powerful creative forces and an opportunity extended from someone at a great distance aids you in making this come true. A highly romantic introduction may feature on the 20th, though you may find your desires are at odds with other long standing arrangements. A health or work situation that has proved difficult to resolve can begin to see signs of resolution from the 23rd. Time spent in relaxing environments or therapeutic settings provide good results. You begin to probe the depths of psyche and there can be insatiable desire to erotic adventures from the 7th. Just be advised that the commitments you make now, including those connected to shared finances, will go through a period of reappraisal in about 7 weeks. Vexing influences on the 14th may prevent you from exercising your better judgement. Cease and desist from making a critical decision at this time, especially in regard to a romantic encounter.

GEMINI: Professional developments are fourth coming, and you can really tap a well spring of inspiration for guidance regarding your life path and vocational pursuits. Visionary auspices influence you throughout the month, particularly around the time of the March 8th Eclipse. It is around this time you will may be offered a very significant position or promotion. What occurs at this time has a very beneficial effect on your living situation, and it is even possible relocation is required to take advantage of the opportunity you are offered. A partnership seems to hang in the balance on this one. Endings are also prominent, and associations and pathways conclude in this period. Far more fulfilling avenues open up when you release what is no longer serving you. The social sphere is activated from the 21st and you will have positive experiences with friends and colleagues over the upcoming month. You might decide to join a club, or grow your network in other ways. The Libra eclipse on the 23rd signals resolution in a creative or romantic matter. It’s possible children are involved, and if you have been trying for pregnancy or negotiating custody this can be a time in which you get closure within these matters.

CANCER: You feel at ease over the upcoming weeks as harmonious transits from Pisces illuminate feelings of genuine satisfaction. Enjoy a more leisurely pace for now, as much will be much coming up for you professionally after the 20th. A vacation or travel could prove highly restorative. A partner reveals the depths of their devotion mid month. The Libra eclipse on the 23rd signals changes affecting your home – professional axis. An ongoing circumstance related to your home or family can be resolved. A great deal of activity is transpiring in your work life as well, there could be a new assignment or rapid changes at the job. If you are seeking employment, it may take a few months for everything to resolve. The trajectory sees several changes over the upcoming months. Events or a negotiation that take place around the 23rd have a significant implication for your career. All the facts and figures come together at this time and you can take on a major initiative. Romance is enticing on the 20th and 26th. Make time to cultivate your love connection.

LEO: Feelings of vitality arouse your creative flow this month. This is especially useful if you have been feeling stuck in a rut with an artistic project or in a romantic relationship. A project you begin now will likely be retooled through the Summer, but this should not prevent you from getting out there and testing the waters. An active ambience in your personal life and within your profession keep you very busy and stimulated. There can be good earnings from work in this period. A sense of urgency to get out and see more of the world can preoccupy you as well. An eclipse in the area of secrets and deep commitment on the 8th foreshadows a new frontier in a close relationship. It is also possible that a legacy or inheritance is on it’s way to you. You benefit this month from a measure of privacy and introspection. Sensitivity is acute, especially over the first few weeks of March and peaking around the 20th. Everyone is getting rocked in the current eclipse cycle, so don’t take things too personally if your agenda isn’t met with immediate approval or assistance is not exactly forthcoming. The 6th holds a special challenge, an authority figure can stall your productivity or bog you down with an assignment that prevents you from pursuing your hearts desire. Bear with it for now, from the 23rd things get better. The 26th is also brilliant, you will feel extraordinary!

VIRGO: Potent forces are at work in your relationship sphere this month, with much going on within your key partnerships or within the life of a partner. The hands of destiny are working overtime to create fated occurrences and meetings. There is also a muddle here, as Neptune continues to be pervasive. It is easy to read far too much into the subtleties and nuances of a situation. You see in this person what you want to and not really what is. This is fine so long as you are not sugarcoating a situation that is actually in fact quite bad for you. Deception can be at play under the guise of Neptune, so be wary. Jupiter meanwhile protects you, and your interests, as you will see specifically around the time of the Eclipse. Beginnings, endings and escalations are possible around this time, with major developments occurring specifically around the 8th and during the Jupiter – Pluto trine, elevating your passion and signaling very positive prospects for commitment. The 20th is beyond romantic. You can connect with your true love. The home life is also emphasized from the 7th, and there can be conflicts with the residence or family members. If you have been trying for relocation, there may be some frustrating delays over the next few months. Hang in there, you’re good to go by the end of Summer.

LIBRA: Very potent, perhaps even life changing forces are at work this month. Reflect on events that occurred at this time two years ago, (as well as developments in late September,) and you will see not only how far you have come, but also what might remain to be addressed. The eclipse in your sign on the 23rd signals sweeping currents of change and a long sought after resolution. This conflict or issue is ready to be handled once and for all, it’s time to make your case and stick with it. Jupiter and Pluto offer immense reservoirs of emotional fortitude to embrace what ever might come up for you and someone close to home, such as a relative of neighbor, is going to offer assistance. A partnership may be the source of the pressure, if so, you can maneuver behind the scenes to get where you need to go next. There can be very confusing circumstances in the work or health life this month, though a creative endeavor can also shine in this phase, and you’ll flourish on the 20th in any artistic endeavors. The eclipse on the 8th portends dramatic, but likely welcome changes to your status as an employee or with those whom you employ. A health issue can also be effectively dealt with now.

SCORPIO: You become less self absorbed this month, as Mars leaves your sign and positive energy emphasizing love and creativity enhance your willingness to compromise or make amends. Leisure, recreation and self expression all feature now. An eclipse on the 8th signals a new chapter in a romantic alliance. If your heart is still free, a meeting that feels quite destined could transpire over the coming weeks. (Keep your eyes on the 20th and 27th for the most enticing developments.) Pay attention to clues you get during the South Node transits (above). Intuition is heightened and you may realize it is time to release circumstances, behaviors or individuals who are no longer helping you to grow. Mars from Sagittarius on the 7th – May 27th places the focus of your activities on earnings. What you put into motion in your financial realm should be treated as highly experimental, a work in progress that will manifest for you in October. You have been engaging unconventional practices in your work and productivity as well, and you may uncover interesting new prospects and avenues this month through technology, digital or web based projects. Events around the 23rd suggest a chapter of your life comes to a end now, though a new beginning, likely attached to a new work prospect is seeded in this phase.

SAGITTARIUS: Mars in your sign from the 7th offers incredible stamina, as the planet of energy and force begins a very rare, extended, 5 month transit of your sign. This is a positive period in which to pursue your agenda and go after what you want. There can be a pushy or abrasive quality during this transit, keep your temper in check! You don’t want to alienate the very people who can help you. The domestic and family life are playing a major role this month as well, and there can be a significant alteration in your residence. The eclipse on the 8th signals major changes, possibly connected to your profession. A promotion may require relocation, or perhaps you are able to upgrade your home as a result of higher salary or income. Your creative ingenuity plays a huge role in your success. You are cautious at the end of the month, as you carefully consider an opportunity. A heightened sense of responsibility has you weighing the pros and cons of a situation. Take your time, an even better option may present itself a few months down the road.

CAPRICORN: It could be a big moment for you professionally, Cap, as the Libra eclipse on the 23rd rocks your world, offering the breakthrough you have been working towards for months if not years. Jupiter – Pluto speaks right to your agenda and motivations, bolstering your ambitions and bringing a massive opportunity for success your way. Look to events you may have put into motion late October, early November. Culminating moments, a contract or fateful meeting on the 8th has life changing potential. The eclipse teams up with Jupiter and Pluto, sending ripples of incredible good fortune through your life. It seems you’ll be working primarily behind the scenes over the next few months, Mars comes to occupy a private and strategic part of your chart, where it remains through May. The course you take will see several changes and modifications, and you benefit from a more hands off approach while your ruler, Saturn, retrogrades from the 25th – August 13th. Slow and steady!

AQUARIUS: There can be good financial prospects this month, as the March 8th eclipse speaks to a wonderful opportunity. Meanwhile foggy and elusive Neptune suggests you take it nice and slowly with any agreements and make sure everything goes down on paper. There can be illusions in this cycle, and deception is also a possibility. Taken with a grain of salt and assuring that you will reality check your impulses to jump the shark on a financial endeavor, this is a highly creative phase and there are treasures within you that you can legitimately turn into profitable enterprises. You’ll find some of the pressure coming off in relation to your career, a far more social tone is present after the 6th. You may notice that it’s time to release bad habits associated with spending on the 12th, 17th or 30th, though it’s equally possible you discover a strategy you had tried to employ in relation to earnings and savings is not going to work out. As always, release the dead weight as quickly as possible in order to make space available for better opportunities.

PISCES: Potent forces are accumulating this month and remarkable and positive changes are due. The March 8th eclipse in your sign portends a significant shift in perspective, very likely in relation to a spouse or business alliance. Your social realm is very active and friends and networks will provide you with valuable opportunities for expansion, perhaps even leading to an introduction to someone with real partnership potential. You evolve quickly in this period, and self awareness is very strong. South Node contacts on the 12th, 17th and 30th will reveal what is done and dusted. It’s time to move on and away from the scenarios or individuals your intuition tells you are no longer supporting your growth. Professionally you are going to be quite active as you begin to negotiate the ladder of success. Be advised this is going to be a work in progress through August. Keep commitments flexible and negotiable. Some wiggle room to try out a few different avenues will help you considerably over the coming months.

STARGAZER DECEMBER OVERVIEW – VENUS IN SCORPIO: INTO THE CHASM

Mercury goes into shadow on December 20th, on a conjunction to Pluto at 14 Cap. This will be one of the predominant themes of the upcoming retrograde cycle (January 6 – 26) and matters that enter negotiations now will experience modifications through January 31. Events and conversations today will signal the beginning of this process. Mercury with Pluto adds intensification to our thinking, and suggests much is going on in secret, perhaps even subversively. With Venus in Scorpio adding allure to that which is hidden and mysterious, this particular cycle is about depth and reaching far beyond the shallow artifices of the material realm.

Saturn in Scorpio brought a profound appraisal of intimacy and sexuality and taught us the value of the connections and the commitments we make with others. The message was not to take them lightly, nor take them for granted. With Saturn having moved on and this the first transit of Venus since, we are given the opportunity to build on these lessons and now cultivate a more passionate bond with our lover, spouse or mate. There is the potential of healing now through intimacy as well as the relationships through which we experience them. The transformational power of love is heightened and the experiences we have through sexual relationships brings us into a direct confrontation with the depths of our very being. A significant catharsis occurs now. Venus trine Neptune, Venus sextile Pluto and Jupiter as well as Venus trine Chiron (Dec. 20th- 17 Scorpio/Pisces) transits stimulate a very potent ambience for cultivating deeply meaningful romantic bonds.

Sagittarius Sun and Libra Mars continue to bestow a very optimistic and generous social ambience. The mood is upbeat and outgoing. The New Moon on the 11th portends a very beneficial but likely unanticipated event. Connections to Mars (sextile) and Uranus (in opposition) indicate an opportunity timing back to an innovative project we began around March 11th when Mars – Uranus conjoined at 14 Aries. There are some really stimulating and electrifying currents to be sure. Mars square Pluto earlier in the week suggests there are some obstacles to overcome, and even a confrontation with very obstinate and oppositional forces. We may find we have the courage or conviction to fight against the restrictions we have been living with and stand up for ourselves.

Sun (Dec. 19) and Mercury (Dec. 8) square to the Nodes signals a need to reorient ourselves to the evolutionary intent of North Node in Virgo. We got clues to these changes in March and September during the eclipses. Because we don’t know what the future looks like yet, we likely experience this more as a reminder of what we must release and let go of to get there. Although these transits can be some what painful, (letting go is always tough!) the awareness stimulated now is very useful, allowing us to check in with ourselves and see where we are headed. Intuition is strong during these transits and much can be learned from engaging the sensitivity we encounter.

Uranus goes direct on the 26th, bringing the forces of liberation back into the midst. For 12 days ONLY (Jupiter goes retrograde on January 8th,) ALL THE PLANETS are direct!

STARGAZER FORECAST NOVEMBER 2015

TANGENT NEPTUNE: UNDER THE INFLUENCE

The first week of the month bustles with activity, a pragmatic, but passionate energy is prevalent as Sun transits Scorpio and Venus, Mars and Jupiter continue through Virgo. This is a great time to take action on projects that require organization and attention to detail, as we’ll feel very productive in the days leading up to the compelling New Moon in Scorpio, November 11th. The New Moon connects intimately with the Jupiter – Pluto trine, and has powerful, expansive overtones. Meanwhile, brash Uranus in Aries forms a strange alinement called a Yod impacting the 17’ Aries/Libra midpoint. It seems whatever begins now does so quite suddenly or in a very unexpected way. There may be an astonishing opportunity to engage an innovative new course of activity. For clues think back to what was initiated last March – April. Both the Sun and Jupiter form their exact, individual quincunxes to Uranus in the days leading up to the New Moon, so news may come in on the 5th or 9th that requires swift thinking or decision making. The pace is very brisk and in some cases news or events will be somewhat startling! Get as much of the organizing and nitty gritty detail oriented stuff done as possible during the first week. Venus and Mars move into airy Libra in the second week and the ambience will become quite social, and less work oriented, unless you work in the arts, that is!

Venus from Libra makes several key aspects this month, and lovers and partners will be connecting passionately (Venus conjunct Mars) and making binding commitments (Venus sextile Saturn) in this phase. More disruptive influences (square Pluto/opposite Uranus) suggest reappraisal of these commitments and can potentially signal endings for some. The dynamics these aspects bring on can be destabilizing, but are really just meant to test to durability of our bonds. Venus – Pluto signifies a turning point that will transform a relationship, it will either deepen in intimacy or falter. The Uranus connection can be quite exhilarating. Time to try something new, maybe with someone new? Electrical and impulsive forces will be at work. It’s an exciting month for love! With Venus in play, the areas of love and finance are the foremost indicated, but looking to see the house in your chart Venus is ruler of will also reveal clues as to where you might experience activity at these times.

The Sun – Mercury cycle begins on the 17th from 24 Scorpio. It is from here we set the agenda of our daily activities for the next 4 months. This thrust of our communications will endure and see modification during the next Mercury retrograde phase (January 2016). (I will be including a deeper analysis and guidelines for using the Sun – Mercury cycles in my 2016 report.)

The Neptune – Saturn square forms exact this month, it’s possible the curtain rises on an inconvenient truth, shattering an illusion that we have for too long turned a blind eye to. This is an undertone that will affect us for the coming year, with the third, final aspect occurring (due to the retrograde periods) September 2016. Neptune energy can be quite elusive and evasive, though the reasons for this are actually far more complex than one might realize, and can be rooted in deep feelings of inadequacy or shrouded in such intensified idealism that it makes it impossible to settle for anything that exists in the ordinary world. Neptune far prefers the fantasy to the reality and would much rather create the perfect a scene in the imagination than to deal with the real flesh, blood and potential imperfections a confrontation in meatspace might reveal. This can be especially pernicious in relationships where we might keep our partner at a safe distance, just far enough away to not have to observe what might be undesirable characteristics while indulging perpetually in fantasy about the circumstances, padding the details with what we fancy rather than what’s real. This applies to any area in which Neptune is operating in your chart right now (read for your ascendant for the dirty details). There can be some anxiety accompanying this transit where we realize we have deluded ourselves about circumstances or individuals we had chosen to perceive as faultless. Beneath that gauzy and alluring veneer, we begin to see the cracks, and the extent to which this illusion has been perpetuated, the harder it will be to ultimately accept this reality.

Saturn, on the other hand is only about what’s real, and has a reputation for being tough or harsh, particularly where our deepest sense of idealism would seek to prevail. The interaction of these two, will thus be problematic where we have entertained an illusion rather than the truth. Neptune seeks to release and let everything go. Saturn is about taking responsibility and administrating over the environment in which it finds itself. Whereas Neptune represents a situation we may have idealized, Saturn is about getting serious and with these two acting upon each other some friction where we must acknowledge the distinction between fact and fiction. Neptune represents the ability to transcend, whereas Saturn tends to be the work and obligation that we are trying to transcend. It’s easy to knock Saturn, but keep in mind, it is this planet that offers security, stability and maturity. The themes of “getting real” and accepting and setting some boundaries becomes important over the coming year. In several ways, seeing the reality of a situation and removing some of the fuzzy edges from our vision can be a really positive adjustment. By acknowledging the truth of what is and what is not yet, we can get to work on materializing the vision Neptune is providing when reality comes up short.

It’s also possible something really quite lovely is emerging, that serendipity has brought forth an extraordinary and beautiful circumstance, though perhaps it is not yet tenable within your life structure. In this case this aspect will challenge you to confront this now and throughout next year to build a structure that will be supportive to this. There is the potential that the desire to obtain the divine and etherial essence Neptune is expressing for us individually will drive us to overcome a major obstacle. In this way the theme over the next 10 months can be be making the unreal or impossible into the real.

The vast reorganization required from now through next September likely stems back to circumstances that had coalesced in mid 2013. Jupiter/Cancer, Saturn/Scorpio and Neptune/Pisces sat in a comfortable trine, and developments during this period were easy to make and lent to a positive and stable emotional ambience. The the test now is to rearrange our lives around all that has happened since, to take what was learned from the highly introspective and cathartic Saturn – Scorpio phase and turn it out into the world at large. The original conjunction occurred in 1989, (if you can remember that far back, 😉 ) so something that began for you personally in that period is being triggered. To the extent we have not lived up to the visionary desires of Neptune, this period can be one of getting it together and going for it. A square aspect provides tension and frustration, but this energy creates the friction necessary to stimulate us to take action. Saturn in Sagittarius is a diamond tipped arrow, the issue with Saturn in the apex of the Nodal T-square is where you need to set your target. From November 12, 2015, that target is where Virgo (transiting North Node) lies within your chart.

As Saturn works upon Neptune, so does Neptune’s dissolving qualities affect Saturn, and it’s ability to build in concrete terms. Over the next year or so, it’s possible to feel a pervasive sense of futility in trying to organize the affairs of the house being transited by Saturn as well as in life in general. There may be an existential crisis at a very quiet, subjective level transpiring over the course of this transit, a niggling sense of “why bother?” that may hinder our undertakings. This will become most critical as Saturn squares the Nodal Axis next year, and when the South Node conjuncts Neptune in late October – early November 2016.

Unlike, say, a disruptive Uranus influence, the quality of energy expressed by a Saturn – Neptune combination is slow and pervasive. It’s unlikely a single event will send your life spiraling into disarray, rather expect a process to unfold over the next year which will require an appraisal of both the long range goals (Saturn) and the vision-inspiration-intuition (Neptune) which could provide a challenging balance act. The final aspect occurs September 10th, 2016 so it’s from here we will see some relief and resolution, though the South Node conjunction to Neptune aspect that follows in November next year indicates the need to release a heavy burden related to the Neptune issue. This can be quite cathartic, actually, especially where the negative attributes of Neptune (addiction, illusion, dissipation) are being eradicated. In the event we fought to preserve an ideal state, we may be very disappointed over what we fought for, particularly if we learn this was bull shit all along. In this way the Saturn square is very useful and instructive, it points us to our potential blind spots and gives us time reconcile our issues prior to the South Node transit, which will be far more brutal if we let those Neptune issues slide too far out of control.

ARIES: Work and a financial emphasis predominates over the first few weeks. A New Moon in Scorpio on the 11th points to financial developments associated with loans, grants or a partner’s income. This New Moon connects powerfully to Jupiter and Pluto and you may be getting money to start a new business venture or increase the operations of an existing one at this time. The 10th and 17th are suited for conversations relating to money and making financial plans. Venus (November 9th) and Mars (November 13th) move into the area of committed relationships, and a partnership deepens considerably in this phase: the 13th and 24th are phenomenal for travel and making plans for the future. The 23rd features a very exciting surprise from your sweetheart, or possibly a meeting with an unexpected, but kindred spirit. Things get easier for you after New Moon. This taps right into changes you have experienced in the domestic arena over the last few months, and a significant development on the 2nd that changes everything for the better. If you recently moved or made substantial changes you reap the rewards now through increased vitality and productivity. Mercury brings in the details from the 3rd – 20th. CANCER: A really marvelous personal development is in store around the Scorpio New Moon on the 11th, connecting with the remarkable Jupiter – Pluto trine October 11th, a creative project or love relationship is really taking off in this phase. A Mercury transit affects this area simultaneously, and you’ve definitely shaken off the blues Saturn may have left in the wake of it’s transit here in 2012 – 2014. A fresh perspective on life is possible and augmented by very positive vibrations in your domestic and personal life at this time. Here as well, the challenges of the Eclipses subside to offer a brighter and better future. Issues may get a bit hairy on the 20th or 23rd, not all the dust has settled yet. Saturn square Neptune on the 26th may see you seriously contemplating if not abandoning a concept related to education, publishing or broadcasting that has proven too elusive to realize. It’s not impossible to make this thing happen, but does require extensive modification if you continue to try for it. This ties back to events or awareness that stem back to Summer of 2013. Success is still possible, but there will be a challenge to overcome in this period.

LEO: A really positive new era begins in regard to your personal life and home is featured around the time of the Scorpio New Moon on the 11th. This ties right into the positive financial upswing you’ve experienced since August. A new job and increased earnings very likely makes a residential move possible at this time. A hard working phase comes to conclusion by mid – month, allowing for social developments and good times with friends, sibling and neighbors, with whom you wish to share in your good fortune. A Full Moon on the 25th is wonderful for attending a social event or party. A Venus – Mars conjunction on the 1st is good for making a purchase or setting new financial goals. You may splash out and show a loved one a fabulous time or purchase an expensive gift. Mercury keeps you busy with domestic matters through the 20th. After that you seek out avenues for self expression and pleasurable experiences. You can meet a compelling love interest in this phase, with a particularly interesting, if not unexpected twist around the 23rd. A harsh reality check on the 26th regarding a debt, other peoples money or disillusionment in an intimate relationship is a possibility unless you (and the one you have chosen) have been completely honest in all your undertakings. If not, extensive modification will be required to remedy a challenging situation.

VIRGO: Communication is featured this month as the Sun and Mercury light up the area of chart associated with day to day life and sharing information. Social activities and correspondence are very favorable at this time. With Mars still in your sign, your words have strength and conviction. You can make quite an impression when Venus and Mars conjunct in your sign on the 2nd, most likely on a potential partner, if you choose to. The New Moon is Scorpio heralds a new lifestyle, and the pace of life becomes brisk and exciting from this time onward. Venus (November 9th) and Mars (November 13th) turn your attention towards earnings, perhaps through a creative discipline or in a field related to beauty, luxury or leisure. A Full Moon on the 25th highlights a significant professional achievement, making you visible if not sought after in your industry. The 26th can reveal a contentious situation at home or with a spouse or partner. One is just not serving the other, and you may even learn of a deception in regard to your property at the hands of another. This is an extreme example, but you should be prepared for all manner of unusual things to emerge in this period. It’s possible your residence is somehow hindering your desire to make a deeper commitment within partnership. Love has fated overtones from the 11th, the eclipses this year gave clues to this. Your’ rapidly evolving sense of identity plays a major role in the kind of person you see yourself with: as the mirror of your self image is changing, so too will the image you seek to convey through your relationship.

LIBRA: A massive financial opportunity is revealed during the New Moon in Scorpio on the 11th. The trials and tribulations you confronted during the Saturn transit of this area in 2013 – 2014 may turn up an extraordinary source of income at this time. Pluto and Jupiter positively augment developments, offering a really powerful and dynamic source of prosperity. Crucial conversations or activity on the 17th pave the way. It’s a possibility your home is in some way connected, or the financial upswing you experience at this time allows for a really positive residential upgrade. A partnership is implicated in some way. Expect the unexpected during the first week. A super sexy behind the scenes love mojo is triggered when Venus and Mars harmonize on the 2nd, indicating a sultry-secret rendezvous. Fantasy fulfillment is possible. Venus (November 9th) and Mars (November 13th) in your sign see you at the very top of your game. These transits are much more satisfying this go around – last year saw the harsh auspices of the Cardinal Cross wreak havoc on your plans. Now you have been fortified, you can use this energy to far more productive ends. See, be seen and enjoy the positive social vibrations of the Gemini Full Moon on the 25th. Venus makes uncomfortable aspects on the 14th, 23rd and 24th, so these are not your best days though a partner may bring a fun surprise your way on the 23rd.

SCORPIO: A true love connection can be made on the 2nd, when Venus and Mars combine, activating very positive interactions. You can really connect with someone through shared hopes, wishes and dreams. A phenomenal New Moon in your sign on the 11th taps into the Jupiter – Pluto trine, ensuring your success for the upcoming year. This marvelous influence is augmented by very profitable developments associated with your career on the 10th and 13th. From the second half, you’ll prefer privacy and withdrawal. Venus (Nov. 9th) and Mars (Nov. 13th) transit Libra, suggesting retreat and a period of reflection. Your imagination and intuition will be strong in this phase, and you are likely cooking up some new strategies for the upcoming year. The 17th is very positive for journaling your experiences and expressing your wishes with clarity. Issues associated with your creative expression, a relationship within a love affair or with a child can be experienced around the 26th, when a very challenging angle between Saturn (in the area of values and resources) and Neptune (self expression, true romance and children) issues an uncomfortable ultimatum directly implicating your personal affairs. It’s possible financial hardships you are contending with are hindering your love relationship or desire towards creative self expression, even having children. Use your heart’s desire as motivation to get your financials in order. A revealing tip on the 13th can point you in the right direction.

SAGITTARIUS: Venus and Mars conjoin on the 1st to set you up for a huge breakthrough in your profession. There may be a bit going on behind the scenes this month, a New Moon on the 11th impacts your house of seclusion and privacy, tapping into the dynamic energy flow of the Jupiter – Pluto trine. You conduct your affairs effectively far from the public eye at this time. The 9th, 10th and 13th are beneficial for negotiations and implementing strategies that have a secretive undertone. Social life on the other hand will be quite vibrant, with many exciting invitations and events coming your way as Venus (Nov. 9th) and Mars (Nov. 13th) enter Libra, stimulating connectivity with others. A Full Moon on the 25th brings a culminating moment in a partnership. A challenging t-square formation at this time sees your energy being scattered in many directions, and this development could very well push you over the edge if you are not careful. Saturn and Neptune are applying in a very tough square at this lunation, and you may really be at odds with circumstances in your residential life or with a family member. This is an issue tying back to something that precipitated in the middle of 2013, perhaps there was a residential move, and it is now being drastically reconsidered. There could be an issue with the home, water damage that can’t be adequately repaired, or someone you live with has Neptune issues – alcohol or drug abuse could feature. At this point you have to make a decision for yourself about how to proceed. It might be a tough call, but if you have over idealized circumstances the truth will be apparent now that things can no longer go on this way. Sun conjunct Saturn in your sign on the 29th will see you taking control of the situation.

CAPRICORN: Strong social and professional prospects vie for your attention this month as Venus (Nov. 9th) and Mars (Nov. 13th) come to occupy the apex of your chart, stimulating your ambition and entrepreneurial pursuits. Meanwhile, transits of the Sun and Mercury in Scorpio and a Scorpio New Moon on the 11th offer powerful social and networking opportunities. You are likely coming into the esteem of very important people in your industry and making new associations connected to your recent accomplishments. With a rising profile, you stand to connect with more successful people. With Jupiter in an auspicious position, real expansion and prosperity are within reach. The 13th features a very favorable professional turning point. You may give an interview or have your talents showcased in the media somehow. Friends with benefits (like power and money) come into the frame around the 2nd, 5th, 10th, 17th, and 24th and make valuable introductions. Really favorable meetings transpire on these dates. One caveat for November: a challenging aspect between Neptune and Saturn on the 26th will have a damaging effect on your reputation if you have failed to be completely above board in all your dealings and have upheld all your legal and financial obligation to which you are bound by contracts. You may feel weird about your self image and identity over the Saturn – Neptune phase and may seek to try out esoteric philosophies, meditation or something similar. This is fine, but bear in mind you might be impressionable and steer clear of charlatans and addictive substances. Take a time out on the 30th to collect yourself.

AQUARIUS: A very dynamic New Moon in Scorpio on the 11th brings a stunning new prospect in your career and chosen profession into the frame. An opportunity that is extended now is the successful culmination of the hard working and learning phase that permeated between late – 2012 through 2014. A business partner or spouse may be lucky for you in this phase, and may have made a key introduction or helped you get this venture on track. Developments that have been playing out in secrecy or behind the scenes – a drive to manifest something that emanates from deep within your subconscious, is also a potent force at work here. You may express uneasiness at the transformative forces at work on the 5th, but this is just a signal you are onto something big. Modifications to an existing plan make it stronger and more effective and a partner offers good advice if you are willing to hear it. Positive vibrations surrounding your academic career, an opportunity to travel or lecture, or in the realm of media, publishing or broadcast that got ironed out and initiated last month are due as Venus ( Oct. 9th) and Mars (Oct. 13th) transit Libra and the realm of adventure and far horizons. Cultural activities and exchange are favored. There could be a financial oversight that is the cause of concern around the 26th. Where Neptune has obscured the reality of your income and earnings, there can be a reckoning when Saturn enters the picture, bringing a harsh reality check if one is due. The 29th is positive for checking your facts and creating a new strategy. Pleasurable social activities and interaction, maybe even a love affair, are all enticing possibilities over the Gemini Full Moon on the 25th. This lunation ties into the Saturn – Neptune square, so you may or may not need this diversion. Up to you!

PISCES: Incredible good fortune in a relationship is possible around the 2nd, when the third stunning culmination of Venus conjunct Mars affects your house of committed partnerships, fanning the flames of romantic and erotic desire. You can truly connect with someone on a meaningful way, emotion and sexuality are integrated at this time. The Moon from your house of True Romance connects in Cancer. There has never been a time such as this to realize your most heartfelt desires for love and connectivity. The New Moon in Scorpio on the 11th sets the pace for the month. Endeavors connected to academia, teaching, media and publishing are featured, you may also promote yourself to favorable results at this time, particularly on the 17th. Mercury transiting Scorpio from the 3rd augments this very favorably, and intuition serves you brilliantly on the 6th. Venus (Nov. 9th) and Mars (Nov. 13) come to highlight the area of intimacy and shared resources. You may be pursuing capital to start a business enterprise, if so circle the dates of the 13th and 24th, which are ideal for meetings and negotiation. You have the right combination of tact and diplomacy to make a good impression at this time. A Full Moon in Gemini on the 25th from the area of residence and personal life falls into a dynamic t-square connecting to Mercury conjunct Saturn (Sagittarius) and Neptune (Pisces). This can be a very contentious time for you personally as rivaling energies across your home/professional axis can really exert pressure on your sense of self, identity and ultimately feelings of personal security. Any t-square does, on the other hand, present an opportunity through crisis, and a professional offer that comes in on the 29th will require quick action, so don’t get too bogged down in this.

STARGAZER OCTOBER 2015 FORECAST ~ MAGIC + MANIFESTATION

While events last month may have sent life into splatter mode, we have several opportunities in October to pick up the pieces, get organized and manifest our objectives. Venus, Mars and Jupiter all transit fastidious Virgo, compelling us to take up the tasks we have set for ourselves, empowered immensely by positive contacts as all three transit Pluto, now direct, in Capricorn. (Dates below!) The tenderness and affection that has been lacking over the prior months as Venus transited in retrograde, then a shell of her former self in retrograde shadow, concludes on the 10th. A final square to Saturn on the same day is one last test we’ll (or our partnerships) need to endure or overcome. From there the pervasive ick factor that has predominated quickly recedes into distant memory. It is a time to release situations past their expiration date or get serious and make a commitment. The ones that make it through were genuinely built to last and Pluto contacts will bestow alluring and passionate developments within relationships that survived the course. Some will experience this as positive material developments and find that it is easier to turn up income, gain money and resources from others, or even both. This is the good news. Oppositions to Neptune, meanwhile, obfuscate situations considerably, and particularly with Mars – Neptune there can be a crushing reality check if we have deceived ourselves or others. All this stuff ties into what we put into motion last February – March. The Pisces eclipse in March was a crucial turning point, and we’ll see fruits from our efforts or the results of decisions we made in that period now. It’s also possible the Neptune contacts are highly romantically charged, and there can be some really enchanting exchanges up ahead! Tune into how you feel during these contacts, and if the bubble bursts or you find yourself disillusioned or disappointed, much better to scrap it now than genuinely struggle next month when Saturn squares Neptune and demands a complete realignment where we have been delusional.

With the eclipses in the rear view mirror and Mercury direct from the 9th, this is a far more productive time in which to get the wheels turning on a crucial endeavors that had been way-sided or turned upside-down. Conjunctions from Virgo planets to Jupiter set the stage for auspicious beginnings and can provide opportunities to generate growth and prosperity. Clarity is crucial to success at this time. Virgo’s ability to get right into the nitty gritty, ask every question and scrutinize every last detail can be exhausting for those of us more on the free spirited side, but there is great value in embracing these attributes right now. If you really can’t manage the details, then get someone on your team who can! The method is nearly as important as the out come in this phase. The North Node also enters Virgo on the 11th, placing the evolutionary consciousness on efficient, stream lined organization and conscientious behavior and life style choices. More attention must be given to the management of both professional and personal habits as dissipation and tendencies towards drifting, grifting and day dreaming in particular will meet with bad auspices. This will become most apparent in about a year when the South Node connects to Neptune end October/early November next year. The evolutionary drive of this node placement is towards creating systems of total efficiency, in which nothing is superfluous, where everything is there for a precise reason. Discretion is necessary for growth. Coupled with Pluto, which also serves a purging, regenerative function, there is the possibility of really getting rid of negative habits, relationships or spiritual energy that is toxic, or holding us back somehow. This is the evolutionary intent anyway. Personally I would hope to see the Jupiter – Pluto trine specifically (which occurs three times in all between now and next Summer) to offer some advancements on an ecological level, aiding humanity to find ways to conserve resources through emerging technology and the reduction of waste, though of course you can use the transit(s) to find a way to play your own part 🙂 We got a taste of these themes during the Virgo eclipse last month.

Mercury towards the end of it’s retrograde cycle (ending Oct. 9) engages in a long conversation with Saturn, (from the 6th – 14th) so it seems negotiations at this point surround our objectives and long range goals. This is augmented by the positive presence of the North Node conjunct Mercury throughout the same period, with their exact conjunction occurring precisely as Mercury turns direct. Successful integration of the evolutionary directives of North Node Libra pays off nicely, assuming we took the cue. The ability to work with another in tandem – whether within a relationship, business or creative endeavor – now opens us to incredibly positive opportunities over the next month, with the New Moon in Libra revealing all the juicy details.

Jupiter enters retrograde shadow this same day (October 12th) meaning the degrees it passes over now through the beginning of the retrograde cycle (beginning early January 2016) will be revisited between now and next August. Our personal scope of discovery, expansion and success is going to be a work in progress from here through next Summer. This is fine, we’re off to a fabulous start with all the Jupiter conjunctions this month and so many wonderful opportunities taking root this month! This is a sacred and magical season, and easily one of the best astrological months of the year, delve deep into what awakens within. HAPPY ALL HALLOWS!

On these dates you may find it’s more challenging to express your viewpoint. It’s worthwhile to stand down and wait for the better opportunities that emerge on the 15th and 30th. Accept an invitation to a tremendous social event during the Full Moon in Taurus on the 27th. Connecting with kindred spirits is favored at this time.
